Refund
A refund for the cost of the product will be offered if you experience an allergic reaction.
Shipping charges is not refundable.
Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible. Please allow for up to 15 days for the processing of your refund.
We do not make refund after 90 days of the purchase any of our products. We can negotiate an exchange product.
Returns

In case that you buy more than one product and you want to return your unopened products, we will gladly accept returns if these are unopened and in good condition.
Please Note: If we receive packages that have been damaged during shipment, only a 50% refunded will be offered for the product, as cannot be resold. Be sure to package properly, to protect from shipping damage.
Very Important.
All products must be returned through the Postal Service. (To avoid extra charges.)
Be sure to write on the return label that these products are “Canadian Goods Returned”, if additional brokerage charges apply, it will be backed charged to customer.
Exchange Products
Product exchanges are accepted, simply send back the unopened product and we will send out another package upon receipt of your package, be sure to write what product you want to exchange. There will be additional shipping charges for the replacement order.
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items.

Shipping Policy
• Packages are typically shipped via Canada Post in order to keep costs down.
• Standard Shipping Method, does not come with a tracking number.
• Please make sure to select your shipping option and method for your country when filling out your order and shipping address. Generally orders will be process and shipped within one (1) to two (2) business days,
• If you make an error on your order and an additional package needs to be shipped, you must to pay additional shipping charge.
• If La Vita Nuova Inc, makes a mistake with your order, LVN will send a new order, and assume costs for the exchange.
• Product exchanges are accepted, simply send back the unopened product and we will send out another upon receipt of your package. There will be additional shipping charges for the replacement order.
• Please note that Canada Post has 24hour processing policy, which means that if they pickup on today, it will be shipped out on the next day
Cancellation Policy
Order can be canceled before it is shipped out, so it will be eligible for a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled but you can send it back to our office for a product refund or exchange.
